BOOKING PROCESS

STEP 1.  Click the 'Make An Appointment' button on this page, followed by your hair service, preferred date, time and Hair Stylist. 

STEP 2.  Once selected, a $50 booking fee deposit will be required at the time of your booking.  The deposit will be deducted from your in salon hair/treatment, unless cancelled.

STEP 3.  When your booking is confirmed, you will receive a reminder text message of your appointment. Please only reply and send only a 'Y' or 'N' to confirm Yes or No. We will require 48 hours’ notice should you decide to cancel the appointment.  

STEP 4. The day of your appointment. Prepare to be pampered. Allow time for parking onsite to arrive 5 minutes before your hair appointment.

 

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

We value our clients time, and we hope you value ours. We understand how life can be and how last-minute change can affect your daily routine. We do ask you to be mindful that Sharp N Stylish is a busy salon that works strictly with an appointment schedule. 

We rely on our clients to turn up for their appointments. To offer the best service to you and our clients, we have a booking process and cancellation policy in place. *We will use our discretion and waive or relax the policy where we deem necessary in circumstances of an emergency. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

When you don't attend your appointment or just don’t give us enough notice that you can attend, that also means that we have turned away other clients because that time was allocated to your specifically. 

The $50 booking fee deposit will not be refunded if not cancelled within 48 hours.*We will use our discretion and waive or relax the policy where we deem necessary in circumstances of an emergency.
